The click & collect system for restaurants

Order ahead.
Skip the queue.

Customers order and pay before they arrive, on your brand. You control the timeslots, the volume and the menu, so the counter runs at your pace.

Same-day and pre-order, set separately

Each location runs its own collection settings, independent of delivery. Same-day and pre-order each get their own minimum spend, slots and acceptance rules.

Timeslots that protect the counter

Offer 5, 15, 30 minute or 1 hour slots and cap the orders in each. Capacity rules go further and count what the kitchen actually makes: a large pizza can count double, a drink not at all.

Cut-off times, down to the product

Set a lead time for pre-orders, then override it per product or category. The croissants need two days’ notice. The loaf needs one.

Fine-grained control

Every dial, per location.

No two sites trade the same, so no two sites need the same settings. Each location gets its own rules, and a rule can be applied across several locations in one go.

Common questions

Click & collect FAQs

Can I cap how many collection orders I take per timeslot?
Yes, in two ways. Set a maximum number of orders per timeslot, and add capacity rules that count items rather than orders: you decide what each product uses, so a large pizza can count as two and a drink as none, matched to what your kitchen can make in a slot. Full slots close automatically and customers roll to the next available time.
Can customers order collection for later in the week?
Yes. Pre-order collection lets customers pick a future date and time. You control how far ahead they can book, by day, week, month or year, and set a cut-off so every order arrives with enough lead time for your kitchen.
Can I set different cut-off times for different products?
Yes. Set a general cut-off for pre-orders, then override it for specific products or categories. Croissants can need two days’ notice, a whole loaf just one, and sandwiches stay same day. Bakeries use this to match lead times to what each product actually takes to make.
Can I run offers just for collection orders?
Yes. Discounts can be limited to pickup orders and to specific locations. Run a fixed amount off, a percentage off specific items or categories, or a buy one get one offer, applied automatically or with a code, with usage limits and minimum spend rules you control.
Is click and collect separate from my delivery settings?
Yes. Every location has its own settings per order type, so click and collect runs independently of delivery. Same-day collection and pre-order collection each get their own minimum order value, timeslots, acceptance rules and capacity limits.
How do customers pay for click and collect orders?
Customers pay when they order, on your branded web ordering or app, with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, and guest checkout for first-timers. The order is paid before they arrive, so collection takes seconds.
Does it work across multiple locations?
Yes. Each location runs its own click and collect settings: its own timeslots, capacity limits, cut-offs, menus and offers. A rule can also be applied across several locations at once, so a multi-site setup doesn’t mean repeating the work.
